Tammy was first introduced to the intricacies of real estate as a young child. Her father is a carpenter and some of her earliest memories with him include loud power tools and the smell of saw dust as he rehabbed houses. Her interest in the repair and beatification process was piqued from then on.
In the late 1990s Tammy began to work for a local homebuilding company in Maryland. There she was responsible for the purchasing process, change orders, pre-construction prep, color selections, etc. She learned a great deal about the trades and construction cycle of building houses.
In 2011 Tammy became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Maryland, where she worked mostly with Real Estate Investors. Today, Tammy continues to invest in real estate as well as work with other Real Estate Investors. She recently received her license to sell real estate in the state of Florida.
Tammy, also has extensive experience in team building, organizational/program management and working within the perimeters of a budget. Her passion is to wholesale, and rehab residential properties; as well as own multifamily commercial properties. She also has a desire to establish a Non-Profit organization in Jacksonville to help make housing more affordable.
She is looking forward to growing a successful real estate business here in Jacksonville.
